Shipping Information
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Note: We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow your gear’s journey to your doorstep!
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Window: We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Paddles & Oars (considered personal items due to propulsion use)
- Seats & Backrests (due to direct contact and hygiene reasons)
- Mesh and Bungee Cords (often stretched or cut to fit specific setups)
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
The Returns & Exchanges Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at [email protected] to start the process. Include your order number and product details.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions. Do not send anything back without an RMA number as we cannot process unidentified returns.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship to the address we provide.
- Inspection and Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets return conditions. This process takes 3-5 business days after arrival at our warehouse.
- Completion:
- Exchanges: Once approved, we’ll ship your replacement item using standard shipping policies.
- Refunds: Once approved, we’ll initiate your refund to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refund Timelines and Methods
After your return is approved, your refund will be processed:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
