However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit for your adventure. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free, reflecting our commitment to your satisfaction.

Please take a moment to review the following policy to understand our process and timeframes.

Our Policy

We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
  • Paddles & Oars (Used for propulsion, considered a personal item)
  • Seats & Backrests (Due to direct contact and hygiene reasons)
  • Mesh and Bungee Cords (Often stretched or cut to fit specific setups)
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

The Returns & Exchanges Process (Step-by-Step)

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at [email protected] to start the process. Please include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number, as we cannot process unidentified returns.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all tags and accessories, and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship your return to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse.
  5. Completion:
    • Exchanges: Once approved, we will ship your replacement item. Shipping times will follow our standard policies.
    • Refunds: Once approved, we will initiate your refund to the original method of payment.

Refund Timelines and Methods

After your return is approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

You will receive an email confirmation from us once the refund has been issued. The refund will always be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
